This weekend retreat is an embodied exploration in attending too energetic imprints that are stored in the memory of your lineage.
Unlocking the supportive frequency and gifts that are within your ancestral DNA memory.
Exploring your sexual heritage in your bloodline - how traumas and sexual history in your line can be effecting your sexual expression now. In my years of working with people’s sexual nature. I witness again and again the impact of ones immediate descendants sexual expression to the longer held themes that are carried through the lineage.
We are going to be using the mediums of trance to access the inner mystery.
Ancestral intergenerational healing starts with the memory held within your blood, bones, DNA. Giving this attending and energy is an invitation for it to move and assist your system to break free of any painful legacies.

This is for a small group of 14 people.
Open to any gender.
Shared rooms of either 2 beds or 3.
In this retreat we are using the medium of Shamanic Trance Dance, Meditation and Breath work to go into the body mystery.
Vegetarian food provided and special diets an extra nominal fee.
The energy field of our ancestors influences our personal lives. We can invite liberation from burdens that have been carried through generations by making sure energy sits within the right persons timeline, acknowledgement and responsibility is taken.

SHAMANIC TRANCE DANCE RITUALS
Held as a ritual, accompanied by the sounds of dynamic rhythms, world music, ambient nature sounds. Using effective techniques that naturally and safely moves one into a ‘trance’ state of consciousness, where it becomes possible to enter the inner world of the spirit, to discover visions, guidance, healing, empowerment, beauty and wisdom!
THE BREATH OF SURRENDER
This is conscious connected breath work with a difference… Pete’s own style of presence based breath work which facilitates a relaxation on both the inhalation and the exhalation. This means that half of the time breathing is spent in surrender i.e. not using any effort. This leads the ‘breather’ to a deeper state of embodied relaxation and vibrant aliveness.

This is a strong deep dive and will stir the pot! So only for those that feel ready to help the body release what it no longer needs to carry.
Under the cover of the darkness found when wearing a blindfold, one is able to let go of fears around self image and inhibitions. The inner space that covered eyes creates, gives permission to dance and move freely in privacy even though there are other participants dancing in the room.
