This weekend retreat is an embodied exploration into the energetic imprints held in your lineage - the subtle echoes of memory stored within your blood and bones.
We’ll work with the frequencies and gifts embedded in your ancestral DNA, unlocking what has been dormant, hidden, or waiting to be witnessed.
Together, we’ll explore your sexual heritage, how the traumas, stories, and experiences of your bloodline may still be shaping your sexual expression today. In my years of walking alongside others in their sexual unfolding, I’ve witnessed again and again how the patterns of one’s ancestors ripple forward - how the sexual expression of immediate descendants is often deeply entwined with long-held themes passed through the lineage.
We will be working with the mediums of trance to access the inner mystery.
Ancestral and intergenerational healing begins with the memory encoded in your blood, bones, and DNA.
When we offer our attention and energy to these places, we create an invitation for what is held to move, release, and transform. This is how we begin to break free from painful legacies and open space for something new to arise.

This is for a small group of 14 people.
Open to any gender.
Shared rooms of either 2 beds or 3.
In this retreat we are using the medium of Shamanic Trance Dance, Meditation and Breath work to go into the body mystery.
Vegetarian food provided and special diets an extra nominal fee.
The energy field of our ancestors weaves through our personal lives, often in unseen ways.
Liberation becomes possible when we consciously return what we carry to its rightful place, allowing energy to rest within the correct timeline, with acknowledgement and responsibility taken by those it truly belongs to.

SHAMANIC TRANCE DANCE RITUALS
Held as sacred ritual, these journeys are accompanied by dynamic rhythms, world music, and ambient nature sounds. Using techniques that gently and safely guide you into a trance state of consciousness, you’ll enter the inner realms of spirit - a space where visions, guidance, healing, empowerment, beauty, and ancient wisdom await.
THE BREATH OF SURRENDER
This is conscious connected breathwork - but with a difference. Pete’s unique, presence-based approach invites relaxation on both the inhale and the exhale. Half the breath cycle is spent in total surrender, requiring no effort at all. This creates a doorway into deeper embodied relaxation, inner stillness, and vibrant aliveness.

This is a strong deep dive and will stir the pot! So only for those that feel ready to help the body release what it no longer needs to carry.
Under the cover of the darkness found when wearing a blindfold, one is able to let go of fears around self image and inhibitions. The inner space that covered eyes creates, gives permission to dance and move freely in privacy even though there are other participants dancing in the room.
