Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

This Policy was last modified on 25/08/2026.

One to One Sessions:
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes plans change, and if you need to cancel or rearrange your session, I ask that you give at least 48 hours’ notice wherever possible.

More than 48 hours’ notice:
You are welcome to reschedule your session to another available appointment at no additional cost.

Between 24 and 48 hours’ notice:
A 50% cancellation fee may apply. Where possible, I will always try to be flexible.

Less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance:
The full session fee will be charged. If your session is part of a prepaid package, the session will be counted as used.

I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen, and these will always be considered with care and discretion.

If you arrive late for your appointment, we can still use the remaining time available, but unfortunately the session cannot usually be extended beyond the original finishing time.

If I need to cancel or rearrange your session, you will of course be offered another appointment or a full credit/refund.

Thank you for respecting the time that has been reserved for you.

Working Together -
Professional Agreements and Relational Boundaries

This Policy was last modified on 25/08/2026.

A shared understanding for our time together.

This document outlines the key agreements and professional boundaries that support the depth, clarity, and integrity of this work. Whether you are attending a session online or in person, individually or as a couple, these principles offer structure to hold the deep process we step into.

Please take the time to read this through. If anything feels unclear or needs further discussion, I welcome your questions.

THE NATURE OF THIS WORK:

While this work may feel therapeutic and can be deeply healing, it is not therapy. I am not a licensed psychotherapist or counsellor, and I do not offer clinical mental health treatment. My work is rooted in somatic awareness, trauma-informed education, sacred intimacy, and embodied coaching

I hold space for you with presence, care, and deep respect. I draw from years of experience, continued study, and lived integration, but this is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric support.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

Everything shared within our sessions is held with strict confidentiality. The only exception to this is if I have reason to believe that you or someone else is at risk of serious harm, in which case I am ethically obliged to take appropriate action.

You are welcome to speak freely about your experience of this work outside of session. This confidentiality agreement exists to protect your process, not to restrict your expression.

MENTAL, EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH:

If you have a diagnosed mental health condition, physical health consideration, or any history that may impact our work, please share this with me prior to or during our first session. This helps us create a safe and appropriate environment for your unique needs.

If you are currently experiencing acute mental health distress, or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, this work may not be suitable at this time. I reserve the right to reschedule or refuse a session if I feel it would be unethical or unsafe to proceed.

NEURODIVERGENCE:

If you identify as neurodivergent or are exploring that possibility, it is helpful for me to know. I aim to work in ways that honour different ways of processing, experiencing, and relating. This information simply helps us to attune more consciously and compassionately.

BOUNDARIES AND PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP:

While the work may feel intimate, this is not a friendship, mentorship, or peer dynamic. Clear boundaries are essential to maintaining the integrity and potency of the work.

To preserve a clean container, I do not engage in close friendship or collaborations for a period of six months after the completion of our work together.

If we see one another in other spaces, whether spiritual, personal development, or community-based, I will take your lead in acknowledging the connection. My priority is to protect your confidentiality and maintain a clear boundary around our professional relationship.

PAYMENT AND BOOKING:

All sessions are to be paid in full no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time. Payment details will be provided upon booking.

If you are experiencing financial challenges and are committed to the work, please speak to me directly. I will always aim to meet you where I can, while maintaining a fair and sustainable practice.

Please see the above cancellation policy for details on cancellations and rescheduling.

This policy honours the time and energy invested in preparing for our work, and respects the commitment on both sides.

FEEDBACK AND ACCOUNTABILITY:

This is a relational space. I welcome your feedback, reflections, or concerns at any point during or after our work together.

If you find it difficult to speak to me directly, you are welcome to write to me. All feedback is received with openness and respect, and I hold a commitment to personal and professional growth within this work.

If anything within this document feels unclear, or you would like to discuss how these agreements relate to your particular context, please do reach out.

I look forward to walking alongside you.
