I am building a growing collection of guided meditations and embodied practices that I have developed and shared over many years. These practices are designed to support you to softening into your awareness and drop more deeply into your sexual presence and connection.

Rooted in body awareness, self relational sensitivity and energetic focus, these meditations invite you to explore intimacy in a conscious and attuned way. They help create space to listen to your body, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate a sense of safety, curiosity and openness with oneself and with a partner.

Womb Essence Rising

This is a slow, intimate return to your womb energy.

Through breath, awareness and gentle spiralling movement, inviting you to awaken energy in your belly, hips, womb and vulva. Connecting to the deep intelligence of your sexual centre.

This practice invites you to sink into your instinctual centre. To breathe into your pelvis, to feel, to receive, to draw warmth and vitality up from the earth into your womb space.

Womb breathing is about cultivating presence. Showing up to your sexual journey to invite healing. Feeling your power as something steady, magnetic, alive.

Womb Heart Synergy

This is a gentle, sensual journey into your body.

A space where your breath softens your chest, opens your hips and guides you into the golden warmth of your pelvic centre. A place of instinct, creativity, sexual vitality and deep feminine knowing.

Through slow, conscious breathing, you’ll awaken the pulse of your womb and the tenderness of your heart, inviting them into conversation with each other, bridging any split, into healing, into union.

Vital Energetic Core

This guided meditation invites you to connect with your three vital energetic cores of the body ,the belly, the heart and the centre of the head. Each of these inner centres holds a different quality of awareness and energy, and when they are brought into harmony they can support a deeper sense of presence, balance and connection.

The practice begins by grounding attention in the lower body, helping you settle into your breath and the natural vitality that lives in the belly. From here, awareness is invited to rise into the heart space, opening a sense of warmth, feeling, and relational connection. Attention moves to the centre of the head, where clarity, insight and awareness can emerge.

By linking these three vital energetic cores, this meditation encourages the flow of energy through the whole body. It can support a feeling of alignment between instinct, emotion, and awareness, helping you feel more centred, embodied and connected to yourself and to others.This practice can be used to deepen presence, cultivate inner balance, and create the conditions for a more conscious and connected experience of intimacy.
